In the first part of the show, An Embarrassment of Riches as Rich is joined by Rich Latta (https://solo.to/richlatta), Andrew Rich (Music of the Mat) to recap and review the three-hour Rampage/Dynamite block this week plus do a long-form discussion on the state of pro wrestling music in 2024 from a man who studied and podcasted about it (Andrew) and a man who makes it (Rich Latta).

In the second half of the show, Rich welcomed retired independent wrestler and long-time Flagship listener Gran Akuma (https://twitter.com/__AKUMA) to help recap and review NOAH's Great Voyage in Yokohama show, talk about his career in wrestling and then take a deep dive into the world of pro wrestling video games in 2024 and beyond.
