In this episode, Savannah asks Julie about examples of crossdressing men having to take on additional exchanges when it comes to their gender diversity, from storage units to store their attire to having to lease or rent a completely different residence in order to affect their feminine presentation. When Julie saw the residence as a possible "girls' pad" where the crossdresser can feel free from judgment, Savannah countered with the fact that the partner was being forced to compromise their authenticity in a geographically different and expensive "closet" in order to keep the peace at home. Savannah and Julie chat about the pros and cons, and compromises and sacrifices all partners make when it comes to being or having a gender diverse partner.

SAVANNAH HAUK is the author of “Living with Crossdressing: Defining a New Normal” and “Living with Crossdressing: Discovering your True Identity“. While both focus on the male-to-female (mtf) crossdresser, “Defining a New Normal” delves into crossdressing and relationships and “Discovering Your True Identity” looks at the individual crossdressing journey.
