About Andrea Tinianow
Andrea Tinianow is an attorney, consultant and entrepreneur who has been dubbed the ‘Blockchain Czarina’ for her role in bringing blockchain to Delaware and securing the First State’s imprimatur on the nascent technology. She played a key role in securing legislation that allows business entities to maintain their corporate records on a distributed ledger. Tinianow is a legal expert who discusses blockchain regulation and believes that Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and blockchain are the future. She also believes that US crypto regulation is complex but laws and regulations will adapt. Tinianow advocates for a smart, sensible bill for digital assets and has experience with blockchain regulation in New York.
