Keith started his real estate investing back in 2005 with a simple residential rental but has invested in office buildings, multifamily, mobile home parks, home flipping, and short term vacation rentals. Currently Keith balances his real estate companies while being a full time W2 Sale Director. Keith and a partner own a home flipping company focused on flips in the San Antonio, TX market. He also runs a real estate brokerage that has 13 active agents that represent buyers, investors, and sellers of both commercial and residential real estate. Bobo Capital Ventures is Keith's real estate investment company focused on affordable housing in both the mobile home park and multifamily space. Bobo is designed to allow investors to partner with them by investing as a passive accredited investor & limited partner.
