This episode takes a look at the (for some of you, new) sport of rhythmic gymnastics in India as well as around the world. In addition to the basics of the sport and the growth of it around the world, our guest, Meghana, dives deeper into the motivation that it took to work on being the best in India. As a sport that is not given much spotlight in India (it is huge in other parts of the world) Meghana speaks about the looniness that was felt as she would go and train with just her mom watching. This is something many of you athletes can relate to. That massive amount of motivation that Meghana needed and the clear picture of her vision that she had was what made it possible for her to become a pioneer in the sport in a country that is second most populated. This motivation and vision of your goal is something many of you can relate to. So whether or not you know anything about rhythmic gymnastics, I encourage you to give this interview with Meghana a listen. Thank you and enjoy!
