Hey guys, Its another episode takeover experiment, this time with my old friend Rahul Bulchandani who is a certified personal trainer as well as an extremely passionate person when it comes to fitness and an overall healthy lifestyle. In short, he is that friend who will continually tell you whats good and bad for you which could get onto one’s nerves but the flip side is he also has an extreme love for pizza and lazing around therefore has done all the hardwork for us when it comes to doing whats best for us and working out smart to get results rather than crashing and burning when attempting to make a lifestyle change. I prepared this week’s questions and they might be mild but I request any listeners who wish to ask specific questions with fitness, weight-loss, strength training and lifestyle changes because Rahul Bulchandani is happy to research and take them on. Will only take a few minute and he will get back to you with solid and helpful information which will produce results for you. Apart from watching what food you put in your mouth how important is mindset and what advice does he have to help people get to their fitness goals. 40:57 – STEROIDS! Do I have your attention now? We just talk about steroids, what it does to you whether man or woman and overall why you should STAY AWAY FROM IT. Do you hear that boys and girls?
