Many times high net worth borrowers will have large amount of assets but not be able to prove the income needed to qualify for the mortgage. They can probably pay for the mortgage 5 or 10 times with their assets but they want to use someone else’s money for the mortgage.

Just understand that we can turn their assets into income without them liquidating the asset.
