In this episode, we discuss: - Why being clear about what you stand for (and against) is a critical tenet of leadership - The importance of keeping the desired end in mind, and what happens if you don't - The “plus and minus” of setting high standards (and how to do it effectively) - What happens when you tell someone “no” (and how to prepare for the aftermath) - How to honor your boundaries…even in the face of temptation - and more Fly High.
