In the Season 4 premiere of the HIT Show, Pro2CEO founder Kevin Carr talks to former collegiate and professional baseball player Carlton Fleming about his journey from high school, to college at Georgia Tech, to professional baseball, and then to working in finance. Carlton discusses important epiphanies in his career, both when he knew he could go pro, and then when it was time to end his professional baseball career to work full time in finance. Carlton also emphasizes the importance of financial literacy of all athletes, especially in the age of NIL.
