Deb provides a wealth of real-world experience and guidance to help companies strengthen processes, transform workplace culture, and elevate employee relations as a strategic driver of business success. Deb holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MA in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland.
