As your company grows from day one on, your responsibilities as a leader will change and you need to be ready for it and be able to recognize. Katherine Horrigan is the Founder & CEO of The Dance Academy of Virginia. Katherine is also a former professional dancer, mom, professor, and entrepreneur. Katherine shares the changing role of a leader, understanding your team, and communicating your vision.
