In this episode I talk about the history of hypnosis which dates back to the 17th century and even before. I talk about my training in hypnotherapy and why I chose it, my own experience of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, and why I have found it to be one of the most effective therapies for certain conditions. I give a couple of case studies.
