Brad is a motivational wellness coach, trail runner, martial artist, American Red Cross and international volunteer, and world traveler. He is the creator of the MindStrong principles for better performance and practicing spiritual practitioner. Brad has worked with dozens of youth and adults to live what he calls a more "inspired, happy, and healthy life." Before his transformational journey, Brad earned a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and an MS in Environmental Science. When he’s not writing books or coaching others on their wellness journey, he can often be found running the local trails with his rescue dog, Jackie.
