In todays episode I discuss the ins and outs of being a gym beginner. As the the year and 2020 approaches, its a time where people join the gym in order to change their life. In this episode I try to cover some points that most beginners may not think about. As intimidation or lack of confidence is usually the beginners main issue, education around certain things may help with that. So in this episode I go through 8 points that will help the new gym goers of 2020, or any person who finds going to the gym a challenge.
