Month four of the global pandemic and the world is realising that a new normal awaits.

As countries begin to consider easing restrictions on business and social distancing, many are turning to technology to prevent a rise in second wave infections.

Singapore and Australia, amongst others, have introduced new contact tracing applications to track new infections and prevent further spread of the virus. A global workforce has begin working from home, placing renewed emphasis on telecommunications infrastructure and technology platforms to reliably keep the world working and learning as the virus plays out.

Joining me to discuss this is Owen Prime, CTO of Australian technology success story Noggin, whose software is now in government agencies and organisations in Australia, Europe and America enabling responses to Covid-19 and the move to the new normal.
