Michaela is a versatile professional who began her career in Learning and Development with Hilton Hotels, gaining a solid foundation in training. She swiftly progressed to roles in training design and expanded her expertise in Organisational Design and Development and internal consultancy across diverse industries like Finance, Ecommerce, and Digital Transformation. Her personal mission is to leave people and organisations feeling capable, confident and strong. Now working for the Cayman Islands Government, Michaela found solace in the Caribbean during the "Covid years," appreciating sunsets and conquering her first charity sea swim. Join us as we explore Michaela's journey and gain insights into the world of L&D and her captivating experiences in the Cayman Islands.
