- ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐: Do you do any relationships with banks and talk about what they have in terms of financial distress instead of stress or deal with the banks directly?
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐: While you pull it up, what percentage are you doing? A straight wholesale with no fix and what percentage are you actually fixing and wholesaling?
- ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐: It's easy to identify a property that is vacated for a long time just by doing this a lot. Don't you think it's really hard to see from the visuals, especially when it is six months old?
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Is there a system that you use or recommend to identify which ones are vacant?
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: Do you also look at the crime rate, the schooling district, and all that stuff in wholesaling?
