Education and skills are the prerequisites to productivity ... whether as an entrepreneur, investor or employee. Parents will often pay more for housing in a good school district. But the world has changed a lot in the last 30 years. Conventional education has become much more expensive, but is it more valuable? Has it kept up? Is it preparing people to be productive in today’s world and the world that’s coming? Real estate investors tend to be more entrepreneurial. They’re more inclined to trade “security” for opportunity and they accept the responsibility which comes with it. As entrepreneurial parents struggle with the lack of financial education in conventional education, they look for unconventional solutions. Some even create those solutions … turning a problem into an opportunity. In this episode we visit with not one, but four such educational entrepreneurs to explore the creative ways they are providing financial, business and leadership education to young people. Since 1997, The Real Estate Guys™ radio show features real estate investing ideas, strategies, interviews, and all kinds of valuable resources.
