According to John, "The human body is like a radar dish. We receive energy, including emotional energy into that dish and we get it from everywhere. As in a Radar dish, we have a focal point that disseminates energy. We need to give ourselves a focal point to help us disseminate the energetic damage of the trauma. Something that we can do to actually focus the energy." Through John’s journey, he encourages us to believe in the healing process and in the power of our own abilities, providing hope that there is a cure for all trauma.
