At this point in history, a single genuine relationship is dramatically less valuable than hundreds of pseudo-relationships. Balancing one-to-one and one-to-many interactions is crucial in managing relationships. Sure, CRM tools can be an effective way to automatically remind ourselves to manage relationships at scale, but, ultimately, it is the power of human-to-human connection that wins. How do we use technology to enhance and augment human connections?
