There's a new guy in the office at our Realtor association and you're invited to meet him! He's Jeff Bratton, a Multiple Listing Service pro from Albuquerque, N.M. Jeff has been involved with the MLS for several years and is now learning about the unique real estate market here in Southwest Florida. He's already become well acquainted with this land of waterways, golf courses and vacation homes, and how it differs from the American Southwest. He quickly noticed that in SWFL, there is an MLS field for Gulf access comments. As a result, Jeff is now researching the impact of open water access on home prices and how proximity to the Gulf impacts the entire local market. Host: Jim Sanville. Producer: Jerry Johnson.
