On behalf of the Savvy Dentist Team we all hope that you are enjoying your Summer festive break. This episode is part 1 of our Summer Series as we want you to rest and relax, but also prepare to make 2025 your best year ever ... personally and within your business.
Throughout this summer series, we'll be going back through the Savvy Dentist Podcast archives and finding the best parts of the best episodes and pulling them together around particular themes.
So this particular episode is themed around leadership. We know that as business owners, if we want to grow and scale our practice, the ability to work with and through other people is an essential skill that we've got to master. So leadership becomes core to our business.
And in this episode, you're going to hear about a variety of different elements of leadership. You're going to hear about the different challenges that face leaders today. You're going to hear about the different types of leadership voices that you have and how you can channel each of those voices depending on the circumstances. We're going to talk about connecting with people at a heart level so that we can work with people at an emotional level, to really understand who our people are so we can help them achieve what they want and to get the best out of them, which of course drives the business further.
So when it comes to leadership, it is an urgan myth that leaders are born and not made. It's simply not true. Leadership is a skillset like any other skillset that can be learned, and it can be mastered.
