In this episode, Debbie sits down with Lenore (our in-house Data Scientist) to analyse a new report created by Lenore herself, breaking down the overall Supply and Demand to show the future short-term and longer-term supply vs demand of SDA, primarily to compare regions across Australia that are "over or under" supplied in that particular area.

Whilst most of the results are not a surprise, there were a few locations around Australia that were highlighted as showing significant shifts in the oversupply of New Build and Pipeline SDA.
