After losing her husband in May 2020 to the ruthlessness of mental illness, Amie Patrick has journeyed through challenging circumstances and navigated through pain to arrive at growth and excitement for the future. On this episode, she shares personal areas in which she's stretched herself and how the struggle of "worry" looks different having gone through a tragedy. Amie also shares wisdom on the importance of "embodied faith," the unhealthy allure of social media, and some deeper spiritual insight that has given her peace and paved the way for future growth.
