A Few Thoughts About Why You Don't Need to Start the New Year with a Blank Slate
As we close out the year, many of us are bombarded with the message of a fresh start, start over, or start the New Year with a blank slate.
But do you really need to wipe away everything you've learned and all the hard fought lessons we've fought in the previous year?

- I don’t want to create and explore new, I want to go all in on what I learned this year
- Starting over takes way too much mental, physical and emotional energy.

I’m sharing two simple steps we can take instead and share a practical and gentle approach for moving into the new year with intention and gratitude.
