We debunked some common myths and misunderstandings on planning permissions, as well as taking a deeper dive into how to get your project in the best standing before submitting.

Established in 2010 by Christopher Whitehouse, NextPhase are Regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and members of the National Expert Witness Agency (NEWA).

Their experienced team provides a range of services associated with planning applications across England and Wales for major residential and mixed use development including Planning Statements, Tailored Advice, Application Management and Consultation.

NextPhase provide advocacy and expert witness work within Public Inquiries, Appeal Hearings and High Court cases; and undertake both Environmental Statements and Affordable Housing Viability Appraisals.

They also have a national reputation of both delivering and expecting a high quality level of work and professionalism in order to secure planning permissions.
