In this episode we talk to Paris, the CEO and Founder of Paris Ice Bar. Paris didn't originally want to become a mixologist. She actually had many other dreams that had lead her to where she is today. She started off as a shot girl while attending culinary school. As she grew up, she noticed how lucrative mixology can be. We also discussed her time living in Chicago, Atlanta, and Florida and the pros and cons of each. Today, she has started a blue market in the mixology business with her special effects drinks!
