Former professional big wave surfer Fergal Smith walked away from professional surfing a decade ago to begin a journey of becoming a regenerative farmer on the West coast of Ireland. In this conversation recorded in June 2022 Dan revisits Moy Hill for a third time and catches up with where Fergal is at on the evolutionary journey of Moy Hill Farm . Fergal is now working with livestock as a core tool in bringing back soil health, bio-diversity, carbon drawdown and growing nutritious food for the local community.
