Laura Plato the Founder and Coach at New Frequency LLC, continues to shape and support entrepreneurs through reclaimation of energy. Laura expands our boundaries by suggesting we stop trying to level the playing field and instead build a new one. Her hope for the next generation is by shifting their mindset forward they can accept the invitation to show up at a new frequency. She believes we are all here to make a contribution, and thus, if we stay in the moment and find ownership in what we said we would do with clarity, focus, ease and grace we can lead with integrity.
