I have one of those voices in my head. You know the one. It's there picking up on the slightest mistake you make and reminding you of all of your mistakes at 2am when all you really want to do is sleep. That little voice that criticises everything you do in such a judgmental way. I don't need it. I don't feel like it serves me in any meaningful way so why can't I get rid of it?

Sound familiar? If so, then this episode is for you!

We can use this little voice in a way that turns the judgemental nag into a loving kindness. We can use that voice to express gratitude for our thoughts and we can choose not to be judgmental to ourselves or those around us. We can forgive ourself and treat ourselves with love. We can learn to let go without guilt and we can do all of this without compromising our values, goals or integrity.

We can all make progress, no matter how slow. Progress not perfection.
