In Queens, a 9-year-old girl and a male relative were struck by falling window glass that was blown out of an eight-story apartment building as strong winds battered the Big Apple. And in non-presidential news in Decision 2024, Republican Sen. Ted Cruz and Democratic Rep. Colin Allred will meet tonight in the only debate of their Texas Senate race that could help determine which party controls the U.S. Senate.
