Scott Marshall, Senior Group Director for the People Team in the Americas at Worley, sits down with Katie Mehnert of The Voices of Energy to talk about the workforce of the future, energy transitions, and more. Scott's journey started when he enlisted in the US Marines. After enlisting for eight years, he returned home to Louisiana, where he applied for an electrical supervisor position and, ultimately, was hired as a recruiter for the company. Scott shares his experience early in his career and how joining JACOBS Energy, Chemicals, and Resources, which Worley later purchased, helped solidify his passion and emerging career in the HR sector.
