In this podcast Alastair and I talk about peoples perception on life. In that way that everyone we meet have a deep inner life of which we know absolutely nothing about. Therefore we have no idea what life looks like for them. We don't know their fears, desires and their needs. We have a tendency to think of the world from our own perspective and our place in it and this is influenced by so much, such as our upbringing, where we have lived, what happened to us as kids, so many things really and people always have reasons for acting the way we do, how can we be better at seeing with compassion in our heart and a deeper understanding of people and their behaviour and even with our animals learning to take a breath and respond instead of reacting to emotions and energies that come our way.
