After working as in house counsel in the space industry and at various companies including Disney, Electra Japonas took a step to help companies truly utilise their legal teams appropriately. Electra is now the founder of The Law Boutique, a legal consultancy which helps companies with ensuring their documents are suitable for their brand and customers as well as data protection, contract management and legal operations.

We discuss what caused Electra to found the company, what is legal design and why it is important, how companies can better engage their legal teams and the road of legal entrepreneurship.
