We have been conditioned by the food industry into believing that we are required to eat when we feel hungry. But we now live in a world where we don't have to run for our food. What was once considered the way of life, has now become an option to live. Intermittent Fasting is the most natural eating habit to the human body and is the most essential way to consume food. Fasting has changed my life and health forever and it can with yours too.
