Paul Pilot is a writer & singer in the Irish band “the amazing Pilots”. He records,
produces and writes for other people and is a score writer for film and television,
often asked to work on evocative and human-interest stories making recordings that
feature unusual instrumentation. In this episode, he talks about his love for music,
how storytelling through music can help our own mental wellbeing and why we might
have forgotten the joy of listening, playing, and engaging with music.
