That's true...even for our co-host, Ardin Beech, who is back in the studio with Jonathan (and special ring-in Eddie Bang) to preview the first of two episodes featuring our stellar guest Dr. Jenny Brown. She is an author, speaker, practitioner, and co-founder of the Family Systems Institute in Australia.

Having devoted her career to the field of family systems research, Jenny sits down with Jonathan to discuss the relational dynamics of families and the way this impacts our life, relationships and sense of identity. By applying key concepts of the Bowen Systems Theory, Jenny begins to map some typical problems and pitfalls that arise from family relationships. Along the way she opens up about her own family ties and what led her to begin exploring these questions.
