Nato Agbayani is a perennial advocate and a highly sought after communicator.

As an advocate for good government, he served as a youth volunteer for the Aquino Administration, in the precursor of the NYC, the Youth Affairs Committee. Afterwards, he served as the Public Information Officer of Marikina City, and then as Consultant for the Office Presidential Adviser for Political Affairs under the GMA Administration. His last stint was as the Chief of Staff of Congresswoman Ferriol in the 15th Congress. After which he became Consultant for the Department of Agriculture and other agencies.

As an advocate for basic sectors, Nato remains active as a Board Member of the Voice of the Free Foundation, formerly known as the Visayan Forum, a 26-year-old CSO/NGO fighting against modern slavery and human trafficking. As a PWD advocate, Nato served in the Board of the Autism Society Philippines (ASP) and as a Solo Advocate, co-founded Puso ng Solo Parents Movement (PSPM). Nato also actively engaged the MSME sector as one of the four original founders of Bounce Back PH Movement during the pandemic.
