Joviner hosts PMAP's Podcast, People Watch, and People Manager On-Cam. He is the National Editor-in-Chief of the People Manager Magazine and served as the Committee Chair of Branding, Marketing, and Communications of the People Management Association of the Philippines. (PMAP).

A graduate of Industrial Psychology who avoided Math any chance he got. He pursued his creativity in writing as an author and columnist for Sunstar Weekend and has authored several fiction books.

At the height of the 2019 pandemic, he released Finding Mr. Eachts Arday, a post-pandemic Leadership, and People Management Handbook. His new book Mr. Eachts Arday aims to help people managers understand their role commissioned to make a difference to the people they served, who look up to them for meaningful and timely support, practical learning, and steady guidance.
