We are thrilled to welcome Bill Gilmour to True Crime Broads. Bill is Jennifer Kesse’s uncle, advocate, and loving family member. His beautiful and talented 24-year-old niece, Jennifer, disappeared on January 24, 2006 from her condo complex in Orlando, Florida. She remains missing to this day.
