Prior to founding Peacekeeper Works LLC, Matthew practiced law for 25+ years handling litigation of all kinds including employment, insurance, and business-related matters.
As we all know...the costs of conflict are real–attorneys fees, litigation expenses, employee turnover, and broken relationships. Unresolved conflict is corrosive.
