Hello friends! I wanted to share with you a bonus episode of this Guided Meditation Journey that will assist you in balancing all aspects of being-Mind/Body/Spirit.

The current energies around us have been very busy, forward moving, and there has been a lot added on 'to-do' lists. Add to that the on-going experience of pandemic fatigue, and I wanted to offer a gesture of my assistance in helping you to move through some of this heavier mental/emotional strain on our energy.
This is a guided meditation journey I prepared as a donation for a self-care summit, and is a sampling of one of my favorite ways to work with energy healing-through guided meditation. As you will see, the experience is gentle, yet powerfully effective in balancing and revitalizing your energy. This is a good practice to do for yourself regular, as part of your self-care routine. Moving and balancing your energy is good energetic hygiene and preventative health care, in my opinion, as it assists you to maintain balance with your energy, as needed, and allows you to address anything that may be restrictive or in need of tending before it turns into a bigger problem or issue for you, that you must then address later.
I hope you enjoy this meditation journey, and find this as relaxing and restorative as I intended upon it's creation.
