I invite guests to share personal stories about acts of leadership that help shape their lives. In Episode 129, Brad Smith shares a story about developing self-awareness, how a bus breaking down led to leadership, and how Brad, as a supervisor, led to increased productivity. Brad then advises us on how we can strengthen our leadership.

Prologue

Brad was an analytical and formulation chemist, a production plant and equipment designer, and a janitor, among other things. Since 1996, Brad Smith started Stellar Insight, Inc. He coaches CEOs and business owners on igniting their business growth. He researches and learns why and how things work and how to make them evolve and get better.
