Hi friends, welcome to the show I'm Ramalho and this is the 46th edition of the Vørtice Pødcast. In this episode, my guest is Greek DJ Meehø, who has been a major player in his country's electronic scene since 2000, even sharing a booth with our beloved BLANCAh. With dark and gloomy sounds, he brings techno variations between melodic and peak time to his sets. Listen now to Meehø direct from Greece here on Vørtice Pødcast Enjoy About @meeho-ofc MEEHØ discovered Electronic music in the early '00s inspired by the likes of John Digweed, Sasha, Deep Dish e Paul Oakenfold to name few. His first contact with DJing was in the mid '10s performing in private underground events of friends who pushed him alot seeing his energy e vibes behind the decks, to take the next step into the art of mixing focusing on techno e house sounds, and since then Meeho started performing in clubs and events around Greece. In the early '20s MEEHØ became a part of the premiere Greek Label of Movement Recordings, being a basic asset in line ups of Movement showcases all around Greece e Balkans. Since then he has shared the decks with international artists such as the Serbian star producer Space Motion, the Brazilian techno queen BLANCAh, Polish techno wondergirl ANII and the Belgian AXEL HAUBE as well as important Greek artists such as Tash, Paul Anthonee, Dizharmonia and George Adi to name a few. His sets can vary regarding every show and time; although his major style is formed by melodic e peak-time Techno grooves, dark melodies e shaking beats e pieces, aiming to the empathy awakening of the listeners. Nowadays, Chris is working everyday on music, mixing, testing e working on self-development for the up e coming shows.
