Kelly Mielke joins me to discuss this classic episode! “The Ingalls family as well as many people from Walnut Grove travel to the annual fair. Mary comes to the fair to be with John but is quickly sidetracked by the handsome hot air balloon pilot. Laura is too busy to take Carrie on some rides, she becomes bored and decides to climb into the basket of a hot air balloon for a nap. John, angry at Mary and the Handsome pilot cuts the strings of the hot air balloon not knowing Carrie is inside. The Balloon lifts off and the adventure begins as the rescue begins to get carrie back on the ground.” Meet Me at the Fair originally Aired on November 28. 1977
