Let's switch gears and talk about the importance of building positive habits, such as; positive self-talk, practising gratitude and journaling (positive affirmation is possible here).
Using PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) mindset [by the way, PMA is a concept first introduced in 1937 by Napoleon Hill in his book "Think and Grow Rich", is proven to have great benefits such as; better quality of life, higher energy levels, better psychological and physical health, lower rates of depression and better stress management.
