Host Carl Jones is joined by founder of the JE3 Foundation Charlie Edinburgh to discuss the work of his incredible charity, the legacy of his dad Justin and the matches he'd take with him to a deserted island.

It's an emotional chat in places and an inspirational one in others as Charlie shares how he and his family have coped with the sudden and tragic passing of former Spurs and Leyton Orient legend Justin Edinburgh following a cardiac arrest in 2019. He was just 49.

Charlie explains why the Foundation is campaigning to get Justin's Law recognised, the importance of having access to defibrillators in public places where sport takes place and the simple steps everyone can take to improve the chances of surviving an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest beyond the current 1 in 10 - a statistic that is proven to increased with greater awareness, education and access to defibs.

For his match choices, the memory of his dad is a thread throughout with a shared love of Spurs and an intense pride of his achievements as a manager with Newport and Leyton Orient featuring. There's also bad news for Arsenal's Invincibles with a tongue-in-cheek Room 101 choice...
