Investing in the stock market is difficult.

I think we all know that. There are so many companies to choose from and endless annual reports to read before making decisions about where we put our money.

And for most of us, choosing what equities to invest in aren’t our full time jobs, we have so many other things to do and focus on in our lives.

So to solve this problem, the financial world has created Index and Mutual Funds.

I’m sure these are terms you’ve heard of in the past. And you might also be an investor in these types of funds.

But surprisingly, a lot of us don’t truly understand the nuance that defines the two types of funds. A lot of us don’t truly understand which type of fund is better for us to invest our money into.

Index funds or Mutual funds?

That’s the question we solve in this episode.

To do this, we spoke to Hansi Mehrotra who is the Founder of Money Management India.
