The Long Process of Integration
Manage episode 306535235 series 3003828
In this episode Kaylee discusses the long process that the integration of our psychedelic trips require. As an example, she discusses what she has been (and still is) going through with integrating a mushroom trip she did February, 2020. Integrating through making changes in your life is not an easy part of the psychedelic experience, but it is the most rewarding. She shares her history of struggling with eating disorders and the messiness of the time since this trip while giving herself credit for all of the growth and progress she has made and celebrating life as it is now.
