Nancy has rounded up the top stories in women’s sport from around the world this week and adds her own commentary to each topic with her usual insight. And Chris talks to Florida based event rider and coach Sara Kozumplik Murphy about a recent blog in which she spoke about the process of learning to be an athlete. She explains while goals are important for the athlete it’s important to understand that learning is not confined to the lesson of the day but to all the ways of gathering information and insights into the sport.
